We believe that expo hire should be accessible to everyone. From first time exhibitors to B2B accounts, we cover everything. If you are an experienced exhibitor you can use our easy hire page to book your equipment, registered users get 10% off added to your account. B2B hires, we would prefer if you contact us directly to go through your needs. New exhibitors, please get in touch so that we can guide you through the process of getting things like power etc from the venue where you will be exhibiting. We offer a free support service helping you navigate each venues eccentricities. Every new exhibitor will receive a PDF detailing everything from the how to get delivery access for vehicles to who else to contact for networking and power needs.

Ever hire includes installation, setup, a free media conversion service and customer support.

For clients with larger needs such as conference theatres, interactive experiential marketing designs or you want to develop something a little more unusual. Get in touch, we specialise in interactive and immersive technology.

  • There are several ways of hiring equipment from us. For simple expo needs such as digital signage, ipads and small PA setups you can use our Easy Hire Shop. For custom solutions or larger hires please get in touch with us through the details on the contact us page.

  • If you accidentally damage a hired equipment, please notify us immediately. We understand that accidents can happen. The extent of the damage will be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and we're here to assist you in resolving the situation as smoothly as possible.

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if you find that you need it for a longer duration than originally planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the equipments continued availability. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing needs.
